Stand Out Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in New Jersey. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, warm, and respectful home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
