Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality in-home care and making a real difference in clients’ lives. As a CHHA, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, perform light housekeeping and meal preparation, and follow the individualized care plan.

You’ll report changes, document accurately, and uphold a respectful, caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
