Job summary
Faith Home Healthcare LLC in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide care in patients' homes across Hudson County. You will follow established care plans and deliver daily living and personal care services with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities include delivering health services at residence, assisting with mobility, accompanying patients to appointments, reminders for medications, maintaining care records, and offering companionship.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) required.
- Proven working experience as a home health aide.
- Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Hudson County.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients' residences.
- Perform domestic and household tasks.
- Accompany patients to doctors' offices or hospitals.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with personal care activities.
- Maintain patients' care records and document provided services.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support.
