Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing is required.
• Physical ability to perform essential duties is required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and document as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff.
