ComForCare Home Health Care - Monmouth is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our Monmouth County team. You will provide essential in-home care, including personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship, while monitoring client health and reporting changes to supervisors.

We value compassionate caregivers who can work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends) and travel within Monmouth County.

Qualifikationen

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Monmouth County.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference verification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisory staff
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines
