Faith Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to deliver daily living and personal care in patients' homes across Morris County, NJ, following established care plans.

Responsibilities include health care services in residences, documentation, mobility support, medication reminders, companionship, and coordination with care teams. Must have CHHA certification and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as home health aide.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Nursing and health care administration skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel to Morris County areas.
