Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Knowledge of memory care and dementia care is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare team.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Assistance with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Document client care activities and maintain medical records.
