Eminence Home Care is actively seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our on-site team in Asbury, New Jersey. You will provide essential in-home care, assisting clients with daily activities and monitoring health to support independence and dignity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility and help facilitate physical activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued and respected.
• Administer medications as prescribed and keep track of clients' health status.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and other household needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
