Job summary

Towne Home Care, an award-winning home health agency in New Jersey, seeks a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Keyport. You will deliver in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and therapy exercises under supervision of a nursing team.

The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing support from coordinators and a 24/7 nurse line.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Home Health Aide license is required.
• PPD test (Single Step) or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Vaccination proof optional but preferred: COVID-19 vaccination with booster where applicable.

Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides forKeyport.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills

• Proven working experience as home health aide preferred
• Usage of a smartphone for case info and clocking in and out (Accomodations Available by approval)
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring and compassionate personality

Requirements

• Current NJ Home Health Aide License
• 1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X-Ray
• Preferred to have, but not required: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination(Single Dose for J&J or 2 Doses for Pfizer/Moderna) With Booster (If Within Required Time Frame)
