Right at Home Denville is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Hopatcong, NJ to join our in-home care team. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety and dignity.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will maintain records, communicate with families and healthcare professionals, and support clients' goals and independence in a respectful, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Home health care experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Support clients with personal care needs, such as toileting and incontinence care
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
