ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our in-home care team in Cinnaminson, NJ. You will provide personalized care to help clients maintain independence and dignity in their homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal assistance, and medication reminders, with ongoing training to expand skills and ensure client safety. Reliable transportation and a valid CHHA are required.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Previous home care or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Burlington/Camden area.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check & drug screening.

Caregiving Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor clients and promptly report changes in condition to supervisory staff
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Administrative and Training Responsibilities

• Use the SwyftOps app to manage schedules, clock in/out, complete EVV, and document care.
• Complete accurate and timely shift notes, care documentation, and incident reports.
• Maintain current certifications, credentials, and required documentation.
• Complete required online trainings, in-services, and competency assessments.
• Complete ongoing training in areas such as dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, HIPAA, and client safety.
• Follow agency policies, client care plans, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
