In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes, enabling them to live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
  • Offer transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities.
  • Provide physical support to clients, including mobility assistance.
  • Prepare meals and assist clients with nutrition and dietary needs.
  • Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental well‑being.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Experience in home care or healthcare is preferred but not required.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
