Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a full-time in-home care role. You will provide one-on-one support to patients, helping with daily living activities, personal care, and maintaining a safe home environment as part of the clinical team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care with independence and reliable documentation. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in home settings across Oklahoma are required.

Qualifications

• Kansas: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) required.
• Texas: CNA in good standing on the TX nurse aide registry OR qualifying direct patient care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide supportive homemaking and environmental services.
• Assist with ambulation and range of motion exercises.
• Observe, report, and document patient condition and care provided.
