Job summary

Chriswell Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our care team in New Jersey. You will support clients in their homes following a nurse-led care plan and work with a communicative team to ensure daily support and safety.

Open positions include full-time and part-time shifts across Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties with day, evening, and weekend options. Active NJ CHHA certification and reliability are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prior home care or facility experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting clients with dementia is a plus.

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support daily routines, meals, and light housekeeping.
