Caringhand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in‑home support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

This field-based, per diem role requires travel to patients' homes and offers compensation per visit. Ideal candidates hold a California CHHA certificate, CPR (AHA) certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality personal care and documentation according to care

Competenze

• Must hold a valid Californian CHHA certificate.
• CPR certification with American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Valid driver’s license and own insured vehicle.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per care plan.
• Support patients with meals from preparation to feeding assistance.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep patient living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided according to organizational standards.

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Caringhand Home Health Solutions, you will be bringing compassionate, hands‑on support directly into patients' homes. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll help patients with daily personal care, safety, and comfort, making a real difference in their quality of life.

This is a field-based, per diem position that requires travel to patients’ homes. Although listed as "remote", this is not a work-from-home or telehealth role. Compensation is $30-40 per visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range‑of‑motion activities per the care plan
• Support patients with meals - from preparation to feeding assistance when needed
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed
• Help patients with medication self‑administration
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards
• Perform other duties as required for patient services

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate
• Current CPR certification with AHA
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Genuine empathy and patience for patients who are ill, injured, or frail
• Professional, tactful, and attentive to personal hygiene standards
