Job summary

Integral Care Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with an active NJ CHHA license for flexible, client-centered home care in New Jersey. The team values compassion, reliability, and a supportive work environment.

A sign-on bonus is offered, with weekly pay and opportunities to match you to nearby assignments. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of references; newly certified CHHAs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ CHHA license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of work references; newly certified welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers; may use lifting devices.
• Administer medication assistance and basic oral feeding support.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Manage home tasks: laundry, meals, bed making, etc.
• Encourage mobility and safe ambulation.

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:

Job Responsibilities for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA's):

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping

• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Medication assistance - Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
