Job summary

Premier Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to bring hands-on support into patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with daily personal care, safety, mobility, meals, and documentation, helping patients manage health and maintain comfort at home.

This per diem role offers a competitive $30–$40 per visit, flexible scheduling, the potential to convert to full-time based on performance, and opportunities for skills development.

Qualifications

• Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate required.
• Current CPR certification with AHA required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• At least 18 years of age required.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care accurately.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per care plan.
• Support patients with meals—from preparation to feeding assistance.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range‑of‑motion activities per the care plan

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed
• Help patients with medication self‑administration
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly
• Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards
• Perform other duties as required for patient services

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate
• Current CPR certification with AHA

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
