Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to deliver high-quality, compassionate home care. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support a nurse-driven care plan while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
