Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide for part-time or per-diem opportunities to complete home health visits for clients throughout Middlesex County. As a Home Health Aide, you will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care so clients can remain at home.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meets all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and nail care.
• Support range of motion and transfers, using lifting devices when needed.
• Assist with oral feeding.
• Check vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration.
• Handle home management tasks: laundry and meal prep.
• Assist with ambulation.
• Assist with medication administration.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide for part-time or per-diemopportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Middlesex County. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English

• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$28.00 - $34.00 per point
