Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of New Jersey is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for an immediate start. All shifts available, hourly and live-in caregivers needed across New Jersey.

Starting pay is $20 per hour; live-in pay is $195 per day. We offer PTO, sick leave, nine paid holidays, 401(k), health/dental/vision & life insurance, unlimited referral bonuses, flexible schedules, and RN-supervised care plans.

Qualifications

• CHHA certification required.
• Ability to provide personal care and companionship.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Orientation and background check provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Help clients move safely and prevent falls.
• Offer medication reminders and simple meal prep.
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying).
