Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for per diem shifts in West Haven, CT. You will provide one-on-one in-home care to clients, promoting independence and safety.

We offer flexible scheduling with 6-12 hour day and overnight options, $20 per hour, weekly direct deposit, and a supportive team that helps you onboard quickly and place you on cases promptly.

Qualifications

• Active CT HHA or CNA certification.
• At least 1 year of HHA/CNA experience.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam + PPD/QuantiFERON (or chest x-ray) completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Monitor client health, report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain client safety, comfort, and dignity in the home.
