Ontario Holt Dialysis Center is seeking a compassionate Hemodialysis Technician to join our team in Ontario, CA. The role provides direct patient care and performs dialysis treatments under RN/MD supervision to ensure safe, high-quality renal care.

The ideal candidate holds a Hemodialysis Technician certification and CPR certification, with preferred experience in dialysis or patient care. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast paced dialysis unit.
• Holds active Hemodialysis Technician certification and CPR certification.
• Dialysis or patient care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN/MD supervision in accordance with state regulations.
• Set up, operate, and monitor hemodialysis machines.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments as prescribed.
• Assess patients before, during, and after treatment; report changes to RN.
• Document patient care and treatment data accurately.
• Clean and disinfect dialysis equipment after each treatment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient care environment.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and general unit upkeep.
• Attend staff meetings and training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
