Job summary

Qualifications

• Colorado OT or Colorado PT license required
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• CHT certification or ability to sit for boards within one year
• Hand therapy experience required
• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in OT or PT

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and plan, implement, and modify treatment for upper limb (hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder girdle).
• Educate patient, family, caregivers and staff on functional level.
• Participate in student education and related duties as assigned by supervisor
