Job summary

KORT Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to treat upper extremity disorders and perform custom splinting. The role collaborates with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure resources for success.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy from an accredited program.
Specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy is required.
National registration and state licensure are required.
Marketing experience is preferred.
Experience in applying custom splinting pre- and post-op orthopedic procedures.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop plans of care for high quality hand therapy services.
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and re-evaluation as needed.
Maintain positive relations with facilities and clients to support ongoing care.
