Qualifications

• 1 yr of similar work experience.
• Lift 25 lbs, 50 lbs, and 75 lbs with assistance.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and safely.
• Preferred: Forklift Operation Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, tugger, baler, and related equipment.
• Load trailers and manage cardboard recycling and waste.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company policies.
• Assist with inventory control and scheduling of pickups.
• Ensure cleaning and housekeeping of waste areas.
• Support supervisor with donations and shipments.
