Job summary

Performance Team is recruiting for a Forklift Operator in Burlington, NJ. The role focuses on moving products within the warehouse using various Material Handling equipment while following safety protocols.

You will load/unload trucks, stage freight, and support drivers. The position requires forklift certification, reliability, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be forklift certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to operate forklift, pallet jacks and banding/stretch wrap.
• Must read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products and similar duties.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work are completed accurately.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safe and secure work environment including TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
