The ideal candidate has forklift certification, warehousing experience, and familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid OSHA-compliant forklift certification.
• Proven forklift operator experience in warehousing.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory and order verification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report safety issues immediately.
• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments and check for discrepancies or damages.
• Stage and load outbound shipments with proper weight distribution and secure packaging.
• Manage inventory in designated storage areas with accurate product placement.
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track material movements.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies and maintain a safe workspace.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; assist in waste disposal.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to meet production goals.
