Job summary

FritoLay is seeking a Certified Lift Truck Specialist to keep products moving on the warehouse floor. Start with safety checks, certify forklifts, and navigate multi-tier racks to position cases accurately.

You’ll scan inventory, verify locations in our systems, and stage pallets for trailers to ensure snacks arrive fresh and on time. The role is physically active, involves standing for long periods, and may require nontraditional hours with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as needed.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts to access plant areas.
• Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely following company training and certification.
• Load and unload pallets from inbound and outbound trailers.
• Place product accurately in multi-level racking and retrieve cases as orders come in using company technology.
• Use handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems to track and manage inventory movements.
• Support general housekeeping and sanitation (sweeping, trailer cleanouts, trash removal, and related tasks).
