Job summary

Qualifications

• High school plus additional training preferred.
• Math skills include basic arithmetic and fractions.
• Ability to read and write in English for job tasks.
• Certified forklift operator.

Responsibilities

• Completes Pre-Operational Checklist before operating lift.
• Operates forklift at safe speeds, watching for pedestrians.
• Uses forklift and scanning equipment to select and gather finished goods per written order; records dates and labels.
• Transports items to outgoing staging area and ensures accuracy of pulled items.
• Maintains accurate records of orders picked and operates pallet inverter and shrink wrap machine.
• Unloads finished goods between warehouses; cleans and maintains warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Lifts up to approximately 60 pounds as needed and follows safety rules.
