Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times
• Report to work as scheduled and communicate issues to management
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Assist in stocking, food production, and maintaining cleanliness
• Operate designated service stations and follow recipes
• Stock drinks, fries, and dining area to ensure continuous service
• Maintain proper storage, FIFO, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in promotions/marketing events during work time
• Perform duties with a no excuses mentality to meet service standards
• Follow cash handling policies and demonstrate financial responsibility
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete required certifications for each position
