Qualifications

• 3+ years experience installing sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Foreman to determine efficient methods for completing projects.
• Assess materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job and ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety controls and maintain a safe work environment.
• Care for and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Assist in developing and training field personnel on proper installation procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to apprentices and technicians.
• Respond to other responsibilities assigned by Labor Supervisor/Project Foreperson.
• Undertake additional tasks as requested by management to ensure project success.
