Coastal Wealth is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to support our advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans for their clients. This role is ideal for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or a candidate actively pursuing their CFP designation, with 3-5 years of experience in drafting and developing financial plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with advisors to create and deliver customized, comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' individual goals and needs.
• Analyze clients' financial information, including investments, retirement accounts, insurance policies, tax strategies, and estate plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and compliant financial planning.
• Support advisors in client meetings by providing data-driven insights and assisting in the presentation of financial plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client information and planning strategies in accordance with compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CFP designation or actively pursuing CFP certification.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, with a strong background in drafting comprehensive plans.
• Proficiency with financial planning software, preferably eMoney. (RightCapital and/or MoneyGuidePro experience are also desired)
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisors and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be located in Florida.
