Allegiance Landscaping is seeking a Fertilizer and Pesticide Applicator to apply fertilizers and pesticides on trees, shrubs, and lawns for commercial, residential, and HOA communities. This full-time, in-person role requires operating granular application equipment and adhering to safety practices.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, knowledge of chemicals and weather conditions, and the ability to work year-round. Training and uniforms are provided, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required and clean driving record.
• Experience preferred in landscaping or pesticide operations.
• Knowledge of chemicals and weather impacts on application.
• MN Commercial category A+E License mentioned in ad as a credential.

Responsibilities

• Apply granular fertilizer and pesticides on trees, shrubs, and lawns.
• Fill sprayer tanks with water and chemicals according to formulas.
• Maintain and clean equipment; follow safety and environmental practices.
• Complete progress reports and paperwork in Salesforce.
• Assist lawn maintenance crews with weed control when needed.
• Follow all PPE safety requirements; year-round work.

Tasks & Activities

Job Purpose

Fertilizer Applicators are responsible to apply fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides through granular, chemical application on trees, shrubs, and lawns to commercial, residential and homeowners association communities.

Tasks

• Apply granular application with motorized application equipment
• Fill sprayer tanks with water and chemicals, according to formulas
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environment practices
• Complete required tasks accurately and in a timely matter
• Maintain vehicle and equipment neat and organized
• Cover areas to specified depths with pesticides, applying knowledge of weather conditions, droplet sizes, elevation-to-distance ratios, and obstructions
• Lift, push, and swing nozzles, hoses, and tubes to direct spray over designated areas
• Completing progress reports and associated paperwork on Salesforce
• Assist lawn maintenance crews with weed control in beds as needed throughout the season
• Follow all personal protection equipment safety requirement's
• Full year round work

Job Qualifications

• Drivers License with clean driving record (Required)
