Job summary

The Exercise Coach Chattanooga is seeking a motivated Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one‑on‑one and small group sessions. You will lead strength training, assisted stretching, and balance activities while tracking client progress and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a health-related degree or certification; CPR/AED and Exercise Coach Certification are highly regarded. Training is provided, and a franchisee location will manage hiring directly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology.
• Willingness to participate in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group exercise sessions.
• Lead strength, stretching, and balance activities with clients.
• Conduct initial consultations and track client progress.
• Sell monthly and package sessions to grow the business.
• Maintain studio metrics and provide client education.
