Job summary

The Exercise Coach - Commerce Township/Northville is looking for a Certified Exercise Coach to provide one-on-one and small-group fitness instruction. This role requires a passion for health and fitness, good communication skills, and the ability to engage clients professionally.

You will conduct consultations, lead exercise sessions, and track client progress, while being trained in The Exercise Coach's methods and technologies. Experience in personal training is a plus, but not required. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits, including paid vacation and health insurance contributions.

Role of a Certified Exercise Coach

As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one‑on‑one and small group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day‑to‑day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:

• Conduct initial consultations
• Lead individual and small‑group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

No fitness experience is necessary, but candidates with experience in personal training or small‑group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration. All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology.
