Qualifications

• Passion for animal care, training, and welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with computer systems to manage training records.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class dog training services including one-on-one sessions and group classes.
• Sell appropriate training classes, products, and supplies.
• Maintain training records and progress notes; protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with grooming and veterinary teams to offer holistic health solutions.
• Promote a positive culture of teamwork and guest service excellence.
• Support guests with an omni-channel shopping experience and store operations.
