Job summary

NITELINES USA, INC seeks Orthotic Fitters or DME Clinical Specialists to support the Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. This role focuses on fitting, sizing, dispensing orthotic devices, and maintaining inventory for Veterans in a patient-centered, onsite environment.

Applicants should have ABC/BOC Orthotic Fitter Certification or equivalent experience, pass VA background checks, and be able to work full-time onsite with strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• ABC or BOC Orthotic Fitter Certification or equivalent experience.
• DME fitter with clinical fitting experience.
• Orthotics technician/orthotic-prosthetic assistant background.
• Experience in orthotics, prosthetics, therapeutic footwear, or clinical fitting.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the VA Medical Center.
• Ability to pass VA background and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fit, size, and dispense non-custom orthotic soft goods, therapeutic footwear, and prefabricated orthoses.
• Construct, shape, and repair common orthotic and prosthetic devices.
• Document patient measurements, fittings, and clinical notes in VA systems.
• Maintain orthotic inventory and supply levels.
• Provide patient instruction on device use and care.
• Support clinic workflow, follow-up scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Job description

Needed: Orthotic Fitters or DME Clinical Specialists to support the Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. We are seeking skilled, patient-focused professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact serving Veterans.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00
• Hourly pay: $40-$48 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Onsite at the Washington DC VA Medical Center

Key Responsibilities:

Fit, size, and dispense non-custom orthotic soft goods, therapeutic footwear, and prefabricated orthoses
