Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Certified Direct Service Professionals (DSP) in the McHenry, IL area for a TEMPORARY opportunity with evening and overnight shifts. Shifts are 2pm-10pm and 10pm-8am, with one weekend day required.

Must be on the IDPH HCW registry and have a valid license with MVR; onboarding includes TB, lifting, and drug tests. Responsibilities include performing skills and training activities safely and respectfully, and assisting residents with ADLs.

Qualifications

• Must be certified DSP on the IDPH HCW registry.
• Valid Driver License & MVR.
• Complete a TB test & lifting test.
• Complete a drug test.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
