Job summary

Felder Services in Russellville, AL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager for a Skilled Nursing facility. You will manage staff and work with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality food service.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a Monday through Friday schedule; 17 days PTO plus six major holidays off per year. Uniforms and slip-resistant shoes provided, and medical insurance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing food service in a healthcare environment.
• Must be ServSafe certified or be able to be certified within 3 months.
• Must have cooking experience, will need to be able to fill cook position in the event of vacancies, vacations, or staffing emergencies.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends on occasion to cover various staffing emergencies.

This position is at a Skilled Nursing facility and is located in an excellent area. You will be managing staff and working alongside some the best healthcare professionals in the field.
