Job summary

Long-Lewis Auto Group in Prattville, AL is seeking a Certified Diesel Technician to join a high-volume, high-production dealership with a century-long family-owned legacy. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles, delivering quality service and safety.

The job offers stable employment with relocation options and a strong team environment. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of diesel experience, ASE training preferred, and own standard tools.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on diesel engine experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Perform routine services and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and more.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets customer satisfaction and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
