Groton Family Dentistry Pc is seeking a qualified and caring Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care and assist the dentist during exams and procedures, while completing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has a current license and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Current CDA or RDA licensure with DANB.
• Minimum of two years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure they are comfortable in the treatment area.
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and address questions.
• Take vital signs and record medical history accurately.
• Prepare sterilized equipment for exams and procedures.
• Assist the dentist during procedures and exams.
• Follow health, safety, and office policies.
• Schedule patient appointments.
