Job summary

Community Health Connections, Inc. seeks a Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant to join our Leominster, MA team.

Under supervision, you will assist during patient examinations and treatments, take vital signs, prepare materials, sterilize equipment, and support the dental team throughout the clinic day. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR, MA license, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Massachusetts license as Dental Assistant is required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assistant experience.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking in English.

Responsibilities

• Take blood pressure and pulse as required.
• Maintain dental instruments, materials and medications for procedures.
• Keep operating areas clean before and after procedures.
• Prepare restorative materials and dental cements.
• Sterilize instruments using autoclaves.
• Take, develop and mount x-rays (DANB certification).
