Job summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment, LLC in Marshall, TX is seeking a full-time crane operator to safely operate a fleet of hydraulic cranes and assist with rigging on job sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A CDL and NCCCO certification (300 ton+), with 5+ years of experience with Liebherr, Demag, Linkbelt, or Tadano AT cranes. A strong safety mindset, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and NCCCO certification (300 ton+).
• 5+ years of experience with major crane brands preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of crane.
• Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and the crane prior to lifting operations.
• Assures that all lifts are within load limits and correctly rigged.
• Operates crane to hoist materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Other job duties as assigned.
