Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks an experienced nurse educator to plan, develop, and teach a certified nursing assistant training program across classroom and clinical rotations.

The role requires an RN licensure, BLS, and at least two years of clinical experience, including long-term care experience. You will supervise student progress, mentor staff, and contribute to program orientation to ensure high-quality nursing assistant services.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
Minimum 2 years full-time or equivalent clinical experience; 1–2 years in long-term care.
Must complete a course that focuses on teaching adult students.
Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS).
CPR certification required per State Specific Requirements.
