Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and caregivers to support clients in the comfort of their own homes across the Bridgewater area. The role requires an active NJ CHHA certification and ability to assist with daily living activities, transportation, and mobility.

Shifts are available for all hours, full or part-time, with benefits including health coverage, a 401K, training certifications, referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA Certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow care plans.
• Travel required.
• 6 months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, incontinence care).
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
• Assist with mobility or range of motion.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
