Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Washington state seeks compassionate caregivers for in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, transportation and companionship, ensuring safety and comfort in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including Nurse Delegation certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for information purposes only per company guidelines.
• Maintains accurate communication and reports changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

External Job Description
