Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Washington is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide in-home care to clients across several WA communities. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, mobility, and safety, and deliver compassionate companionship with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to pass background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
