All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide in-home personal care, companionship, and support per individualized plans. Qualifications

• HS/GED preferred.
• Caregiver license (HCA/CNA) required and renewed annually.
• Ability to comply with background screening requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services per care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and manage special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks.
• Administer medications as trained and delegated by a nurse and with proper certifications.
• Assist with vital signs and transportation as needed.
• Offer companionship and support to clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Provides various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care

• Provides for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes
• Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Prepares meals and special diets
• Performs general housekeeping activities
• Administers medications to clients that has been specifically trained and delegated by a Delegating Nurse and has completed a Nurse Delegation Core and / or Nurse Delegation Diabetes course with certificate(s) along with current license, proof of FCG or BT
• Passive Range of Motion - requires current credential, proof of FCG or BT, proof of completing annual CE requirement
• Vital Signs - all caregivers are able offer limited assistance to take vital signs for informational purposes only. We do not record vital sign readings
• Provides transportation assistance to and from activities
• Provides compassionate companionship to patients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
