Job summary

Clarendale of Chandler is seeking an Arizona Certified Caregiver for a full-time role in Chandler, AZ. The caregiver will assist residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities while maintaining dignity and safety. A current AZ caregiving certification and 1–2 years in senior living are required.

The schedule varies and includes weekends and holidays. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, DailyPay, EAP, 401K with match, and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Arizona state caregiver certification required.
• 1–2 years of senior living care experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, etc.).
• Assist residents at mealtimes and encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads and the director as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies.
