Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks compassionate team members to support aging residents in a full-time caregiving role. You will assist with daily living activities, transport residents to activities, and respond promptly to emergencies within the community.

Applicants should have a valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate, CPR certification, and a high school diploma. English literacy and the ability to read and follow care plans are essential, with care plans reviewed regularly to ensure

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans, as well as obtaining vital signs.
